Leverett Guarantee

The work undertaken and the materials used are guaranteed for a period of 5 years from completion date. We do, however, draw attention to our recommendations on the care and maintenance of the instrument. Your piano should reside in a temperate atmosphere where relative humidity ranges from 45% to 65%. Failure to observe these could cause damage to the piano for which we cannot accept liability.

Your piano must be serviced or tuned by an approved technician of Piano Restorations Ltd or Leverett Pianos Ltd

During the guarantee period any product or component which is proved to be faulty or defective in manufacture, will be repaired or replaced free of charges, providing that we have authorised or carried out the repair or replacement.

We will not accept or reimburse the costs of any third party who undertakes any work carried on the product or fits parts, unless we have approved such work in advance of it being carried out.

The guarantee period will not be extended even if we repair or replace any product or part.

Damage caused accidentally once the piano is received is not covered. (This includes water damage, fire damage, smoke damage, theft, cosmetic damage unless it’s a manufacturer fault, and damaged caused by a third party)

If we replace any component or product, the part or product removed will become our property.

Any claim made under the terms and conditions of this guarantee must be made within the guarantee period.
