We have replaced, to Bluthner’s original specification, the:

  • Wrest Plank (Tuning Plank)

  • Hammer Heads (with the highest quality Abel hammers)
  • Damper Felts

We have restored to as new condition the:

  • Case work
  • Brass Hardware
  • Keyboard
  • The Patent Action, fully restored to perfection.

We have fully regulated and weighed off the action so that it performs to professional concert standard, offering the pianist a precise, fast, responsive and even touch. We have voiced the piano to Bluthner’s original specifications for this instrument, providing a warm rich tone. We have tuned this piano many times in our workshops and we have stabilized the tuning

With the cost of a new Bluthner of similar size being in excess of £68,000, our rebuilt Bluthner with such rich history represents outstanding value for money on a bespoke hand-finished rebuilt instrument.
